Bpodr - Recent work

Following on from our successful collaboration with the team behind the Chichester Butter Market site, we were asked to help create an on-line version of a market for local produce.

The idea is to use the global power of the internet locally and to roll out web sites that will serve local producers and customers. Obviously, the intentions include:

• stimulating the local economy;
• encouraging the consumption of seasonal goods;
• reducing food miles;
• raising the quality of food consumed.

We have been involved in the project from the specification stage and are managing the whole development. As the first site moves towards beta testing, we will be implementing a campaign of blogging, news releases, and more traditional local marketing techniques.
